I have a tattoo on the back of the hand and fingers. they are all in black ink. I had 2 sessions of laser therapy and really did not seem that it works well. I was wondering if anyone knew another effective way to eliminate? Did I hear a needle localization Halloween, or a dry place with a needle? and what about the removal cream?
